Say it once.
We'll tell it around.

After a visit, your customer writes one note on their own phone. TellAround copies it and opens the review sites you chose. You never post for them, and you never pay for a public review.

How it works

Step 1

Write

The customer gets one short link on their own phone. They describe the visit in their own words.

Step 2

Share

TellAround copies those words. They open Google, or any other site you turned on, and paste.

Step 3

Done

You keep the private note. If you offer a thank-you code, it is only for that private feedback.

Review sites

Google opens a write-a-review form from a Place ID. The other sites open the business page you paste, because those companies do not publish a write-review link we can build. Industry presets set the default order. Yelp stays off.

Google, Facebook, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Nextdoor, BBB, Angi, Houzz, Thumbtack, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, CarGurus, RepairPal, and a custom link.

Questions

Does every customer see the same sites?

Yes. Every site you turn on is shown to every customer. There is no rating gate and no path that hides a site.

Do you pay people to post a public review?

No. A coupon, when you offer one, is only for private feedback inside TellAround. Invitation texts never mention a reward.

Does TellAround post the review?

No. The customer copies their words and opens the site. TellAround does not sign in for them and does not auto-post.

Does the AI write the review?

No. Optional cleanup only tidies filler in the words the customer already wrote. It does not invent a review.

What about Yelp?

Yelp is off until you turn it on. The button is labeled Yelp and opens the business page. TellAround does not ask the customer to write a Yelp review.

When do texts go out?

SMS sends between 9:00am and 8:00pm in the recipient’s local time. Every text includes the business name and “Reply STOP to opt out.”
